Submit an abstract

Complete the form below to submit your abstract to the 18th Meeting of the ISVCA. Please read the full guidelines before submitting. You may submit as many abstracts as you wish — please complete one form per abstract.

Deadline November 30, 2026, 23:59 US Eastern Time — 12:59 on December 1 in Taiwan. No late-breaking submissions.

This helps us share the relevant information with each society. Membership is also required to apply for that society’s travel award.

Applying for a travel award? Travel award applications are not made in this form. They are handled separately by ISVCA and must be sent by email to ISVCATravelAwards@gmail.com.

3 · Declarations
What happens next. You will receive an email confirmation once your submission is received. Abstracts may be edited until the deadline by emailing program@isvca2027.org; the absolute deadline for minor updates or withdrawal is December 14, 2026. Notifications are sent in mid-January 2027.
