02Congress Banquet
The Congress Banquet will be held from 18:00 to 21:00 on May 8, 2027. Banquet participation is optional and is not included in the registration fee.

03Registration categories
| Regular | Physicians, surgeons, independent researchers, scientists, faculty members, and other professionals who do not qualify for the Trainee or Allied Health Professional (AHP) categories. |
| Trainee | Individuals currently in training, including postdoctoral fellows, clinical fellows, residents, and students. |
| Allied Health Professional (AHP) | Non-physician healthcare and allied professionals, including nurses, transplant coordinators, laboratory personnel, psychologists, ethicists, pharmacists, and other related professionals. |
| LMIC | Participants currently residing and working or studying in a low- or middle-income economy, based on the World Bank country classification in effect at the time of registration. |
04Registration policy
Please read carefully before proceeding.
- Registration category and eligibility: Registration fees are determined by the participant's registration category and the date on which registration is completed. Participants registering under a category that requires eligibility verification must complete the online registration and payment process first, and then send the required supporting documentation to the Secretariat by email.
- Member rates: Member rates are available to current members of ISVCA, TTS, TSPS, TSSH, or TSRM. Proof of current membership is required and must be submitted to the ISVCA 2027 Secretariat by email.
- Trainee and AHP verification: Participants registering as a Trainee or Allied Health Professional (AHP) must provide appropriate proof of status by email after registration.
- LMIC eligibility: LMIC rates apply to eligible participants currently residing and working or studying in a low- or middle-income economy according to the World Bank country classification in effect at the time of registration. Supporting documentation confirming residence in an LMIC is required and must be submitted by email.
- Policy updates: The Organizing Committee reserves the right to update registration procedures or administrative requirements when necessary. Any material updates will be posted on the official ISVCA 2027 website.
Applying for a Congress Scientific Award? Award recipients receive complimentary registration. If you have applied for an ISVCA or TTS Congress Scientific Award, please wait until award notifications are sent in mid-January 2027 before registering — recipients will be sent a dedicated registration link and will not be charged a registration fee. Early-bird rates remain available until February 15, 2027.
Supporting documents. Where supporting documentation is required, please combine all applicable documents — including proof of membership, Trainee/AHP status, and LMIC residency — into a single file and email it to the ISVCA 2027 Secretariat at info@isvca2027.org after completing online registration and payment. Please include the participant's full name and registration category in the email to facilitate verification.
05Cancellation & refund policy
To cancel your registration, a written cancellation request must be submitted to the ISVCA 2027 Secretariat by email at info@isvca2027.org. Refunds of the registration fee will be provided according to the date on which the cancellation request is received:

| March 1 – March 31, 2027 | 70% refund |
| April 1 – 15, 2027 | 50% refund |
| On or after April 16, 2027 | No refund |
- No refunds will be provided for no-shows, regardless of the reason.
- Congress Banquet tickets are non-refundable for cancellation requests received after March 31, 2027.
- All approved refunds will be processed after the Congress.
